Welcome to our fabulously fluffy World! NICI have been creating the most gorgeously soft and squidgy soft toys for more than 30 years. Created with love, our designers give each of our friendly characters that unique NICI look that we know you love. A large proportion of our designs also carry the NICI Green logo which means that they're responsibly made from sustainable materials which saves on resources and it's good for the environment too.

If this is your first visit, then welcome. Please take a good look around - we've got lots to show you. If you're a returning customer then it's good to see you again. We're adding lots of new NICI designs all the time as older collections retire. We've grouped our collections to make it easier for you to find what you're looking for.

We love our NICI plush friends & accessories and we stock the complete range of them securely in our warehouse ready for your order. Your custom is of utmost importance to us and we guarantee to despatch your order the same day (before 5.30pm), and if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Our focus is firmly fixed on supplying you with the very best NICI soft toys, characters and designer accessories with the very best in customer service and satisfaction.

Lost and found

We receive hundreds of requests for replacements, and although a quick search of the website will tell you what we have, it's always worth speaking to one of our helpful team just to make sure we haven't got one hiding somewhere. If you've lost a special toy and need a replacement we know just how important that is.
